Roca, a brand of reference engaged in the design, production and commercialization of products for the bathroom space, participated in the Indonesia Building Technology Expo (Indo Build Tech) on 2nd until 6th May 2018 at Indonesia Convention Centre (ICE) Jakarta. During this event, Roca introduced the brand and showcase their various high-quality products to the Indonesian market.
Indo Build Tech is Indonesia’s largest Building and Finishing Material exhibition. Hence, we believe that this is the best platform to introduce and showcase our presence in Indonesia,” said Emilio Ferrer, Operations Director of Roca Indonesia. “We look forward to providing the Indonesian market with a catalogue of products that include different vitreous china ranges and sanitary fittings for public and private spaces. We are willing to fulfill the market need as a bathroom solution.
For the 16th consecutive year, Indo Build Tech is being held once again attracting key buyers and manufacturers from around the world. Last year, the number of visitors and exhibitors has increased from 46,500 visitors in 2016 to 51,128 visitors and from 527 exhibitors in 2016 to 561 exhibitors. “This proves that with the rising number of visitors each year and the high demand on the market itself, it would be the perfect opportunity for Roca to be a part the expo and kick-start our operations in Indonesia,” said Emilio Ferrer.
Roca’s presence at Indo Build Tech this year is very special. The brand occupied a space of 540 m2. However, even with the wide space, Roca did not clutter the area with an array of products. Instead, Roca is showcasing a number of beautifully designed ambient. The concept is in line with Roca value of providing bathroom solutions that are a seamless blend of design, comfort and functionality. Therefore, through Indo Build Tech, Roca brings the visitors with opportunities to browse through the showrooms while consulting with representatives from Roca.
Additionally, the company is currently building a production plant at the Griya Idola Industrial Park in Cikupa, Tangerang. The construction of the plant is currently on progress and is expected to complete in July this year. “The building works are on schedule, and we aim to begin the operations in the second half of 2018,” added Emilio Ferrer. The future factory will occupy a 74,000 m2 site and once finished, it will have a floor area of 44,200 m2.
