¿Cuál es la garantía de los productos Roca?

Nuestros productos, siempre y cuando sean utilizados en condiciones normales o instalados de acuerdo con las normas en vigor, están garantizados contra todo defecto de fabricación por el plazo de tres años, salvo en las excepciones indicadas más abajo.

Para el disfrute de esta garantía será necesario, en cada caso, la aceptación del defecto por nuestro Departamento Técnico, debiendo ser enviados los productos defectuosos a la fábrica de origen que previamente se indicará.

Nuestra garantía cubre la reposición del material sin cargo alguno para el comprador, en los términos de la legislación vigente.

En consecuencia, sólo ampara defectos de fabricación, nunca defectos de funcionamiento o de instalación, independientes de los primeros.

Los gastos de transporte y embalajes que se originen en las reparaciones cubiertas por la garantía, son a cargo de Roca Sanitario, S.A.

Excepciones a la garantía de tres años:

1. Inodoros (excluidos Smart-Toilets y mecanismos de cisternas) y bidés: parte de porcelana: 10 años

2. Lavabos: de resina 5 años, de porcelana 10 años

3. Grifería* monomando, bimando, termostática, electrónica, temporizada y columnas de ducha:

5 años en mano de obra y materiales.
5 años en desplazamientos para las series altas y medio-altas y tres años en desplazamientos para Targa, Ona, Atlas, Monodin, Cala, L20, Alfa, Victoria, Victoria Plus, Brava, Instant y Fluent.

* No se incluyen las columnas de hidromasaje.

4. Sistemas de instalación: Duplos (excluidos mecanismos) y bastidores: 10 años
5. Platos de ducha de porcelana: 10 años.
6. Platos de ducha acrílicos, de Stonex y de Surfex: 5 años
7. Mamparas: 5 años, con las exclusiones específicas de aquellos componentes que se deterioran con el tiempo y el uso habitual, tales como burletes, vierteaguas y otros elementos.
8. Apliques LED y espejos con luminaria LED: 5 años
9. Accesorios: 5 años

What is the guarantee of Roca products?

Roca guarantees that the products will be free of defects in materials and manufacturing processes within one year from the date of purchase under normal household conditions (five years for leading products and three years for smart toilet products). This warranty only applies to Roca bathroom products purchased and installed in China.
During the warranty period, if the product is found to have defects in material and manufacturing process under normal household conditions, after verification, Roca will make its own decision to repair, replace, or make appropriate adjustments to the product. Roca does not bear the labor costs, dismantling or installation costs, or other incidental or derivative expenditures other than the above costs.

If the product is used for commercial purposes, Roca guarantees that the product will be free from defects in materials and manufacturing processes within one year from the date of purchase (five years for leading products and three years for smart toilet products). Except for the guarantee period, other terms of the guarantee apply. The implied guarantee of the product (including the guarantee for the marketability of the product and the guarantee for a specific purpose) is only valid within the guarantee period, and Roca is not liable for any special, incidental or derivative damages. Product damage caused by accident, installation error, misuse or improper use is not covered by the warranty. Improper maintenance and cleaning will invalidate the warranty.

Details of guarantee time for each type of product:
1. Ceramic products: one-year limited warranty
2. Leading product: Five-year limited warranty (PVD surface limited warranty for one year)
3. Bathtub products: one-year limited warranty
4. Furniture products: one-year limited warranty
5. Shower room products: one-year limited warranty
6. Smart toilet products: Three-year limited warranty (only for products shipped after January 1, 2019)
7. Induction products: one-year limited warranty
8. Hardware products: one-year limited warranty
